Responsibilities: Compile insurance quotes using accurate customer information, data, and rates for insurance policies Gain insurance agent self-sufficiency by collaborating with your mentor on confidence and skill-building Compile, present, and explain insurance policy options that meet each potential customer’s individual needs Maximize upselling and cross-selling opportunities for financial products by treating each client contact as an opportunity to generate new and continued business Achieve the predetermined business production objectives to further the agency’s greater financial goals Qualifications: Excellent at building rapport and relationships with people Candidates must have or be willing to get Property and Casualty as well as Life and Health insurance licenses Must display strong leadership and communication skills One year of experience working in sales or as an insurance agent beneficial Successful completion of a background check is required Compensation: $30,000 - $45,000 yearly
