Responsibilities: Manage all marketing strategies and campaigns by working with vendors, insurance agents, sales agents, and marketing team members Consult with creative team on marketing collateral and campaign and promotional materials • Maintain CRM system • Answer phones and help customers with any needs involving their account • Record keeping and imputing updates into our current system on any changes to policies or account information Qualifications: Exemplary organization, project management, analytical, and verbal/written communication skills are required Must have a Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, advertising or other related field Microsoft Office proficiency in Word and Excel and solid computer skills are required Proven proficiency leveraging CRM, analytics platforms, and marketing automation tools 1-2 years of experience working in a related digital marketing, B2B, life insurance, or similar role in an insurance setting beneficial • Great customer service and communication skills with clients • Organized and Proactive to complete daily tasks Compensation: $20 hourly DOE
