Responsibilities: Find, train, and manage insurance agents and develop them into top performers to gain new clients and drive sales Assure that all ethical and legal compliance regulations are being followed by staff when handling insurance investigation claims Handle risk management and liability regarding payments of future benefits and maximize profit for the branch by analyzing actuary data and strategically setting premiums Review existing company policies, make recommendations for improvements and implement new policies for the branch as needed Ensure the branch is meeting sales targets by overseeing the office’s financial performance • Closing sales with new business • Involved in Agency marketing to promote new business • Answer phones and create a good environment when speaking with customers • Understanding policies and how to help customers understand coverages Qualifications: Superb management, communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills • Sales and previous insurance experience are preferred • P&C and L&H general lines preferred • Looking for someone with vision, drive, and a good work ethic Compensation: $75,000 - $100,000 at plan
