Responsibilities: Evaluate the individual needs and goals of prospective customers in order to present them with the most suitable insurance policy options Meet established new business production objectives to further the agency’s overall financial goals Work side-by-side with your mentor to build the confidence and skills necessary to gain self-sufficiency as an insurance agent Uncover opportunities to upsell and cross-sell financial products by treating each client contact as a chance to generate new and continued business Leverage accurate data, customer information, and insurance rates to develop quotes for insurance policies Qualifications: Must successfully complete a background check One year minimum sales experience preferred Strong leadership and communications skills are a must Valid Property and Casualty as well as Life and Health insurance licenses required or must be willing to get licensed Have a knack for connecting with others for building great rapport and relationships Compensation: $40,000-$60,000
