Farmer Insurance NEW STARTUP OPPORTUNITY

We are seeking a passionate, self-driven, natural-born salesperson with a desire to make a difference in people’s lives. You will sell, market, and service our insurance products to existing clients and new customers. As a full-time sales representative, you will help individuals, families, and small businesses secure their tomorrows.

Insurance is not going anywhere. It has been around for centuries, and it will stay as long as people continue to need medical care, drive cars, own homes, and run businesses. It is more stable than other fields during recessions (or global pandemics) because no matter the economy, people and businesses always need protection.

Work out of our District Office while you build your book of business to keep your overhead low. We will provide leads to make sure you get off to a fast start. We provide one of the BEST training programs that will show you how to originate sales.

You will be a business owner from day one, have flexible hours, and receive unlimited training and support at our District Office. From day one, everything you sell, you own. This is a great option for professionals who would like to keep their current job while they sell insurance in their free time.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

As a Farmers Associate Insurance Agent, you must have strong organizational and time-management skills as well as exceptional interpersonal communication abilities. We are seeking individuals from any background who are willing to work hard and commit themselves to the success of this business opportunity; however, experience in sales, marketing, and/or customer service is greatly beneficial.

Additional requirements of the Farmers Insurance Agent include:

• Good credit history – no chapter 7,11 or 13 bankruptcies within the last 12 months.
• Favorable criminal record
• Favorable driving record

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop insurance quotes, and advise clients.
• Meet new business growth goals and objectives as established.
• Call prospective customers by operating telephones, automatic dialing systems, and other internet technologies.
• Grow client base by utilizing phone, email, potential client list & existing client referrals.
• Manage and inspire staff (qualify to become a mentor & receive additional bonuses)
