Job Description

Farmers Insurance is seeking candidates to fill positions as an agency producer customer service representative and our protégé program. We have multiple vacancies and the ideal candidate Must posses a Property and Casualty and or Life & Health license. Positions are both Full-Time and Part-Time Monday – Friday during normal business hours. Hourly compensation ranges between $15 -$20/hr. plus uncapped commissions.

The Protégé program lasts 12 months in which the producer must write 100k in premium and he/she will automatically qualify to become an agent. The candidates will still receive an hourly base plus commission throughout the program.

RESPONSIBILITIES Must have an active Property and Casualty or Life Accident and Health License

Office Environment

REQUIREMENTS Clean Background (No Criminal Record)

Clean Driving Record (Valid Drivers License)

CA Insurance License (Property and Casualty or Life and Health)
