    Our Division Office is looking for highly motivated self-disciplined Property & Casualty sales professionals to join one of our agent's offices through our Orange County. The agent is offering a SALARY, COMMISSION, BONUS, AND PAID TRIPS COMPENSATION STRUCTURE.

    Agency Sales Representatives work to increase an agency owner's policies in force by implementing and evaluating marketing methods used to generate new business. Our agents mentor, coach, and work alongside their staff to be the best insurance agencies they can be.

    NOT LICENSED? No problem, our office will provide you with all of the education and training you will need. It starts with obtaining your licenses. Then continues throughout your Reserve and Career milestones with our In-House training and access to the University of Farmers (in-class and online).

     

    NOTE: Although this job location says 'Anaheim," our District team covers a large area and has partnered with agencies from Long Beach to San Clemente. We will be able to find opportunities in different cities for you.

     

    DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

    • Contacting businesses or individuals in order to secure appointments for
    • Ability to uncover cross-sell opportunities of existing clients
    • Obtain prospect contact information, payment method, current insurance, and risk assessment
    • Record names, addresses, purchases, and reactions of prospects contacted
    • Adjust sales approach to better target the needs and interests of specific individuals
    • Correspond with customers via phone/email/direct mail/in-person to follow up initial sales contacts
    • Maintains records of contacts and activity
    • Deliver prepared sales presentations, persuading potential prospects to meet with the intent to purchase insurance products
    • Perform other duties as assigned
