Due to our continuing success in the insurance marketplace, Farmers Insurance is adding new agents. As the Recruiting Manager for Farmers Insurance, in the Bay Area, my goal is to identify and train qualified candidates for these new agent opportunities. We have several entry points towards becoming a FARMERS INSURANCE SALES AGENT available that are designed to find just the right career path for you:

· TRADITIONAL AGENT – This offers flexibility, You can keep your current job while you learn the business. Sell part time and earn commission! Or work full time, it’s up to you!

RETAIL AGENT – This is a great opportunity for experienced, well capitalized insurance professionals and business professionals alike that would prefer to build an agency quickly using turn-key systems. Agents receive a $10,000 office startup bonus and are reimbursed $5,000 of first year marketing expenses. Agents receive additional monthly and annual bonuses on premium written across Personal lines, Commercial lines and Life for three consecutive years, starting at 30.5% monthly and 6% annually. The bonuses are in addition to new business commissions.

· AGENCY ACQUISITION- You may also acquire an existing book of business and start with a residual income right away. If an individual purchases the service commission rights to a book of business with less than 1,000 policies in force, the agent will receive additional lucrative monthly bonuses on top of new business commissions and service commissions in addition to a $10,000 office start up bonus. WE CURRENTLY HAVE AGENCIES FOR SALE THROUGHOUT THE BAY AREA IN SEVERAL PRICE RANGES.
