Responsibilities: Hit the outlined business production objectives so the agency meets its overall financial goals Boost sales revenue by calling, texting, and emailing potential clients Maximize upselling and cross-selling opportunities for financial products by treating each client contact as an opportunity to generate new and continued business Compile insurance quotes using accurate customer information, data, and rates for insurance policies Evaluate the individual needs and goals of prospective customers in order to present them with the most suitable insurance policy options Qualifications: Have a knack for connecting with others for building great rapport and relationships Successful completion of a background check is required One year minimum sales experience preferred Valid Property and Casualty as well as Life and Health insurance licenses required or must be willing to get licensed Must display strong leadership and communication skills Compensation: $36,000 - $50,000 Annually (Salary + Bonus)
