Responsibilities: Gain insurance agent self-sufficiency by collaborating with your mentor on confidence and skill-building Drive sales among potential clients by making phone calls, composing text messages, and sending emails regularly Present prospective customers with the best insurance policy options to meet their needs after assessing their individual circumstances and goals Leverage accurate data, customer information, and insurance rates to develop quotes for insurance policies Uncover opportunities to upsell and cross-sell financial products by treating each client contact as a chance to generate new and continued business Qualifications: Must successfully complete a background check One year of experience working in sales or as an insurance agent beneficial Valid Property and Casualty as well as Life and Health insurance licenses required or must be willing to get licensed Excellent at building rapport and relationships with people Strong leadership and communications skills are a must Compensation: $36,000 - $50,000 Annually (Salary + Bonus)
