We, at Farmers Insurance District 24, are looking for a couple of business minded, entrepreneurial, and self-motivated individuals to join our team and build up a successful Book of Business!!

We want to invest a significant amount of money in the right people to help build a successful agency. We have a few different entry points, which can work for people in all stages of their career. Depending on qualification and experience, we would look at one of the programs below:

PROTÉGÉ PROGRAM (12 MONTH TRAINING PROGRAM TO MOVE INTO AGENCY OWNERSHIP)

• $22/ HOUR PLUS COMMISSION ON YOUR SALES (for 12 months, then move to Retail program).
• SIGNIFICANT support with licensing and materials.
• Receive training and business mentorship from 7x President Council District Manager, Jared Peterson, with 15 years' experience helping business owners start and build successful agencies.
• Upon completion of the Protégé Program, you have the potential to enter the Retail Program.

FLEX AND RETAIL PROGRAMS (AGENCY OWNERSHIP)

• Accelerated bonus program which can reasonably receive $200K-400K+ in bonus money during the 3 year start-up phase. This bonus money is in addition to your agency commissions. There is NO $$ LIMIT as to how much Farmers will bonus your agency.
• Approximately $80K-$150K+/- YOUR FIRST YEAR.
• Amazing training and mentorship from Jared Peterson and our district mentors.
• Instant equity in your business- You would own your agency from day one and have the ability to sell your agency on the open market.
• As an agency owner you are your own boss and there is NO CAP ON YOUR GROWTH or limit to your schedule/ freedom.
• Get out of business what you put into it!
