Our office is quickly growing and we need someone to be our next customer service sales representative! Our newest customer service sales representative will be someone who we can train to fit in our office puzzle! The position offered is FULL TIME. Our Customer Service Sales Representative needs to exceed customer service and sales standards to current clients while also ASSISTING PROSPECTS AS THEY CALL IN.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
• Solicits for new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources.
• Develop insurance quotes, makes sales presentations, and closes sales.
• Immediately greet all customers, entering the office, in a friendly and helpful manner.
• Treat each customer contact as a cross and up-sell opportunity including financial products.
• Verify phone numbers, addresses and email addresses with each customer contact and update customer information.
• Answer incoming phone calls on the first ring.
• Prospecting and generating new business through leads & referral sources.
• Schedule appointments for sales staff to meet prospective customers.
• Responds to all inquiries, cancellation requests, and sales requests within a specified timeframe.

REQUIREMENTS

• PROPERTY AND CASUALTY LICENSED PREFERRED.
• LIFE, ACCIDENT AND HEALTH LICENSED PREFERRED.
• Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
• Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
• Great Customer Service Skills.
• Willing to Cross Sell Existing Customers
• Driven and goal-oriented individual.
• Ability to tactfully handle stressful and difficult situations.
