LOOKING FOR A HIGH ENERGY INSURANCE CUSTOMER SERVICES SALES REPRESENTATIVE
Must be a motivated problem solver who is excited to help customers! This person helps maximize positive client experience by responding to inquiries in a timely manner; proactively reaching out to maintain good relations; and helps promote the agency through community outreach. Our CSSR acts as a liaison, providing product information and resolving customer requests with accuracy and efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to calls and emails regarding coverage, policy changes, and claims
- Maintain accurate record of client interactions and transactions; organize documents & follow-up as needed; process payments and explain billing
- Work with team to meet marketing goals by successfully promoting new business, and identifying additional solutions during client reviews
- Assist with social media, digital marketing, community event and outreach
Requirements:
- Must have current Property and Casualty license, or ability to obtain within 60 days
- Strong verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills
- Computer savvy in Microsoft products, and ability to learn other systems quickly
- Confident self-starter who works well independently
- Naturally analytical with strong problem-solving capabilities
- Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Skills and Abilities:
-Customer Service experience
-Knowledge or experience in the insurance industry
-Life and Health license
-Social media/digital marketing skills
Compensation Package:
- $15 - $18 per hour depending on licensing, skills, and experience
