You’ll learn valuable tools that teach you how to sell, solicit, differentiate, and negotiate insurance plans that will build your own book of business. Responsibilities: • Make phone calls, write text messages, and send emails to increase sales revenue from potential customers • Gain insurance agent self-sufficiency by collaborating with your mentor on confidence and skill-building • Meet established new business production objectives to further the agency’s overall financial goals • Create new and continued business by uncovering opportunities to upsell and cross-sell financial products • Evaluate the individual needs and goals of prospective customers in order to present them with the most suitable insurance policy options • Handle customer inquiries • Sell and solicit/provide information about the products and services • Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns • Document and update customer records based on interactions • Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services Qualifications: • Job seekers must already have or be willing to get their state Property and Casualty as well as Life and Health insurance licenses • Must display strong leadership and communication skills • At least one year of experience working in sales or the insurance industry desired • Have a knack for connecting with others for building great rapport and relationships • Successful completion of a background check is required • Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields • Ability to build rapport with clients • Ability to prioritize and multitask • Positive and professional demeanor • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Must be willing to obtain an Insurance License Compensation: $45,000 - $60,000 yearly
