    You are the link between your clients and the protection provided by our insurance products. Using your enterprising spirit, you’ll manage the sales and marketing of your business to build a community of loyal clients. You will be accountable for driving sales performance by connecting with customers, discovering their needs, and educating them on the products that will best protect their families and belongings.

    The ideal candidate is an enthusiastic, outgoing, self-reliant leader with a proven track record of success. This is a commission position with up to a 300% commission bonus monthly, and up to a 60% annual commission bonus on top of our already competitive compensation structure. In addition, you can earn a one-time bonus on commissions earned prior to appointment (training phase) up to $10,000.

    COMPENSATION: $75,000 - $150,000

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Complete 5-week training provided through the University of Farmers prior to appointment
    • Meet with new and potential clients to accurately assess their needs
    • Present ideal plan options and insurance quotes that can meet clients individual needs
    • Solicit and sell Farmers products and actively market in your community to gain more business
    • Network, cold call, and prospect to find and secure potential clients that will grow your existing book of business
    • Make sure all quotes, procedures, and practices comply with Farmers expectations

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Successfully pass a background check (criminal & financial)
    • Attain MN State Property/Casualty & Life/Accident/Health licenses
    • Excellent customer service and communication skills
    • Business minded sales professional
    • Motivated self-starter
    • Insurance experience a plus but not required
