If you’re an energetic, people-oriented professional committed to delivering a remarkable customer service experience, apply today! • Full-time or Part-time positions and flexible working hours will be considered • Require Full-Time or Part-Time Licensed Producer to work in our office in Loganville, Georgia with Salary Plus Commission and Bonus • Remote work available ONLY on High Commission • Paid vacation, holidays, and No Weekend work • Fulltime 40 hours workweek or 25 hours/week part-time • Potential to earn up to $57,000 annually Responsibilities: Ensure that existing, new, and prospective clients complete all appropriate forms and meet insurance policy requirements, and facilitate the insurance claims process, which may include examining the condition of physical properties to assess risks Commit to a continued education in property and casualty insurance protocols and coverage requirements to ensure the ideal types of insurance policies are offered to existing clients, potential clients, and new customers Propose ideal insurance plan options to existing, new, and prospective clients after spending time listening to evaluate their individual insurance needs and circumstances Track and share progress toward monthly quotas by consistently updating bookkeeping systems, sales databases, and customer records Bring in new clients by effectively executing sales-based marketing strategies like prospecting, cold calling, and networking Qualifications: Four-year undergraduate degree preferred; high school diploma/GED or equivalent necessary Superior customer service, communication, and analytical skills are necessary Candidates must have and maintain a relevant P&C insurance license - or must be willing to get licensed Familiarity with accounting and sales-related software or programs is a plus Strong computer skills and experience using Microsoft Office suite required • P & C Insurance license or no license will be considered • Will pay for training and license course • The candidate must be willing to obtain a license within 60 days • High school or college students will be considered • A high school senior/GED or equivalent, Associate, or Bachelor's degree will be considered Compensation: $30,000 - $40,000 + commission + bonus
