About the Role:

Joe's Farm Market in Clarence, NY is looking for enthusiastic, friendly individuals to join our team at the farmers market! This is a fantastic opportunity to work in an indoor/outdoor setting, connect with your local community, and be part of a fresh, farm-to-table experience that customers love. We are a season business, open April-October and open again in November-December for Christmas trees.

Responsibilities:

Go through produce daily to make sure everything is as fresh as possible.

Assist customers with product selection and answer questions

Handle cash and card transactions accurately at point of sale

Maintain clean, organized, and visually appealing product displays

Restock produce and goods throughout the market day

Represent Joe's Farm Market with a positive, welcoming attitude

Requirements:

Friendly, outgoing personality with strong customer service skills

Reliable and punctual, including early morning availability

Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs

Basic math and cash handling skills preferred

Prior retail, market, or agricultural experience is a plus but not required
