Farms Work Wonders grows more than vegetables! We are committed to creating advancement opportunities for Appalachian youth.

Through the Challenge Program, we offer young people, ages 14- through 21 years old, the opportunity to strengthen their work and life skills, deepen relationships, serve their community, and get paid! We are currently offering a 6-week summer program. Part-time Junior Crew positions may become available after successful completion of the Challenge Program. Want to learn more?
