    Job Description

    Farrell Properties is a locally owned property management company based out of Burlington Vermont, and we are looking to add a new member to our growing team! Take this amazing opportunity to join a local company that is driven and passionate about what we do! Part-time or Full-time position available - benefits with full-time position only.

    We are looking for someone who has exceptional skills in customer service, the ability to multitask, completing data entry type tasks, run errands, answer phones, etc. Ultimately, this team member will contribute to the efficiency of our business by providing personalized and timely support to our office staff while occasionally interacting with our residents. This is a new position in our expanding organization and has the potential to grow and evolve with us!

     

    Responsibilities

    • Providing accounting and clerical assistance to the Finance Manager
    • Assisting HR Manager as directed
    • Processing Daily Mail
    • Answering the phone
    • Preparing and maintaining accurate and organized accounting documents and records
    • Preparing and properly recording bank deposits
    • Entering accounts payable and assist with accounts receivable
    • Aiding and supporting other company personnel as needed
    • Compiling reports for management as requested
    • Managing and ordering office supplies and equipment
