Paralegal / Secretary
Farzad and Ochoa Family Law Attorneys, LLP is a team of dedicated family law attorneys and a respected family law firm with current offices in Orange County, Los Angeles and San Diego. The firm seeks an experienced family law paralegal or secretary for its Orange County (Costa Mesa) location. If you are a paralegal applying for the position, please submit a copy of your certificate. The position includes competitive compensation, discretionary bonuses, and benefits. We will provide details, terms, and conditions at the interview. The position is full time employment. Compensation for the position is $27 to $44 per hour (depending on experience). Candidates must possess the following attributes and experiences to apply: * A minimum typing speed above 60 or more WPM. * A minimum of 3-5 years of family law experience as a paralegal or secretary. * Excellent proofreading skills. * Ability to draft, revise, organize and review legal documents, such as standard judicial council forms, declarations, points and authorities, discovery, and disclosures. * Demonstrate exceptional verbal and written communication skills. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite products and other software applications. * Ability to work with minimal supervision.
