    FasCat Coaching is hiring a creative and analytical Chief Marketing Officer that is on the cutting edge of growth & content digital marketing, brand awareness & e-Commerce. 

    This growth minded, entrepreneurial, and strategic thinker will be able to take FasCat's existing digital marketing, hit the ground running, and sprint.  Ultimately, we are searching for an alchemist in the digital fitness industry capable of taking our content and ad spend to the next level in the global cycling community. In exchange for a healthy compensation package including equity, the Chief Marketing Officer will be responsible for marketing and sales from the ground up in a startup environment. You will work with the founder and executive team to increase FasCat's online presence and achieve company objectives.

    Step # 1 will be planning, building and marketing a Shopify store (including migration from WooCommerce)

    Step #2 will be creating and implementing a marketing plan leveraging said Shopify store with content and paid ads. 

    Step #3 will be forecasting ad spend and driving conversion metrics.

    Steps 1, 2 & 3 will be accomplished in a fast-paced, dynamic environment by the end of Q1 2021.

    Overall you will create value by building FasCat's community, driving website visitors, increasing conversion rates and boosting lifetime values. Initial modalities you will work with (but not be limited to):

    Google Analytics, Ads, etc…

    Internal Content Marketing/Creation in the form of training tips, podcasting and youTube

    JOB DESCRIPTION:

    Create, plan, execute, analyze and report on paid advertising campaigns, email marketing and content creation.

    Optimize CAC and increase LTV with high performing creative and email campaigns and flows.

    Speaking of CAC & LTV,  the ideal candidate will optimize the entire digital ecosystem across multi channel platforms to hit forecasts, increase conversion rates, and ‘fill the marketing funnel'.

    Collaborate with CEO & team on all aspects of content marketing and production.

    Develop a scalable growth strategy through our D2C channels while fostering brand partnership opportunities.

    Scale a six figure budget, allocate spending and optimize our digital ecosystem to hit growth targets efficiently while thinking long term and operating efficiently. 

    Leverage existing team members, identify talent needs, and evaluate new ways to increase efficiency and grow the team.

    Analyze, test and optimize CAC and LTV with robust ad creation and A/B testing.

    Work with Chief Financial Officer to provide analytics for growth scale forecasting, ROI analysis and financial modeling.

    You will drive the evolution and growth of the company through FasCat's brand and sales content, bringing it to life in a clear and consistent way that resonates with and motivates the worldwide cycling community. You will promote the company as an innovator and oversee outbound customer-facing communications across our website, email, forum, podcast, youTube and social channels.

    ABOUT YOU:

    4 years+ experience working in digital marketing with e-commerce platforms, growth agency and content management experience

    Creative & Data Driven

    Team Player with Ability to Manage Others as FasCat grows

    Entrepreneurial with ability to think like an owner.

    Cycling or Multisport experience is a plus but not required.

    MBA preferred (not required if suitable career experience)

    COMPENSATION:

    Salary: negotiable up to $120,000 based on experience and skill set match
