Wholesale Sales Assistant - Fluent in Spanish (Los Angeles - Fashion District)

JOB DESCRIPTION We are a women's special occasion wear brand based in Los Angeles looking for a Spanish speaking sales assistant to support the management team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who likes to interact with customers, wants to grow sales skills, and is looking to take on a role with increasing levels of responsibilities. RESPONSIBILITIES • Accept, process and follow up on customer orders • Pack and ship dropship orders • Answer incoming inquiries and process orders • Collaborate with management teams to stay updated on new products, services, and policies REQUIREMENTS • Available Monday-Friday • excellent communication and organization skills • 1 Year of relevant experience is preferred • Excellent oral and written communication skills in Spanish and English • Someone who is comfortable working as part of a team • Strong phone skills • Someone with a fun, positive attitude who takes pride in his/her work QUALIFICATIONS • High School Degree and/or GED • Previous work experience in fashion or retail is preferred, but not required • Experience with POS system but not required Job Type: Full-time Attach resume in reply email to apply COVID-19 considerations: All new employees must get Covid tested and have negative Covid testing within 1 week prior to start date.
