    Job Description

    Fashion Glass & Mirror, Texas’ largest residential glass company, seeks a Customer Service Champion to add to our successful team due to expansive growth within the marketplace. Our Customer Service teams benefit both the residential and multi-family markets by providing stellar, value-added service to custom builders, design houses, multi-family communities, contractors, and residential home owners. Servicing Dallas, Ft. Worth, Austin, San Antonio, Houston and surrounding areas since 1973, FGM prides itself in its excellent workforce.     • Positively represent the FGM brand at all times, including providing excellent customer service to client accounts via phone and email
    • Effectively communicate with contractors, designers, coworkers, and homeowners
    • Go above and beyond for our customers, offering solution based and helpful dialogue
    • Open and maintain customer accounts by recording account information
    • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
    • Support immediate and extended teams, while adding value and heightened contribution
    • Embrace opportunities to learn new skills and better methodologies

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • MUST excel in customer service skills via phone and email

Originally FGM was founded as a privately held family business in 1973 to service the local marketplace. Today, Fashion Glass & Mirror, LLC dominates the entire state including Dallas, Fort Worth, Houston, Austin, and San Antonio. FGM’s impressive fleet of 90 trucks and 300 + employees allows us to serve the marketplace in ways our competitors simply cannot. Currently our workforce has grown from the original first 3 employees in 1973 to more than 300. Our locations include the 50,000 square-foot corporate headquarters in Desoto, TX, a new state of the art facility in Lockhart, TX that serves the surrounding Austin and San Antonio, TX areas as well as another state of the art facility in Katy, TX which serves Houston and the surrounding areas.
