Hiring, training, and supervising employees, as well as ensuring compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations, will be among your responsibilities. Responsibilities: • Make sure that all laws and standards for food service sanitation are followed • Examine each product and service for quality in accordance with the standards set by the company • Develop a clear plan for the restaurant that takes into account the market, local competitors, sales revenue, and expenses • Retain proper inventory levels of food and dining items and make precise plans for anticipated sales patterns • Deliver excellent quality to guests while providing quick service to all customers of the restaurant Qualifications: • Previous food service experience with the ability to oversee food inventory levels and manage costs • Computer skills and experience with MS Office strongly desired • Possess excellent organizational skills, communication skills, and problem-solving skills • Must have a high school diploma or equivalent GED • Previous management or supervisory experience of 1-3 years is required, preferably in the quick service restaurant industry Compensation: $45,000 - $75,000 per year
