    Job Summary: The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling correspondence, and maintaining office organization. This role is crucial in supporting our team’s productivity and enhancing workflow efficiency.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Office Management

    Maintain a clean and organized office environment.

    Order and manage office supplies and equipment.

    Scheduling and Coordination

    Manage calendars and schedule appointments and meetings for team members.

    Coordinate logistics for meetings, including room reservations and equipment setup.

    Communication Support

    Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, ensuring timely responses.

    Act as a point of contact for internal and external communications.

    Document Management

    Create and maintain digital and physical filing systems for easy retrieval of documents.

    Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.

    Inventory Management

    Conduct daily inventory counts and reconciliation.

    Ensure inventory records accurately reflect available products.

    Report any discrepancies or potential stock issues to the appropriate personnel.

    Administrative Support

    Assist with onboarding and training of new employees.

    Support various departments with administrative tasks and special projects.
