Job Title: Fast Track General Manager

Compensation: Base salary $80,000 per year plus benefits

Summary:
Dynamic General Manager to lead daily operations at an iconic diner in Orange County. Drive guest satisfaction, financial performance, and team development in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:

\- Oversee all daily operations (FOH, BOH, safety, guest experience).

\- Drive revenue growth, menu profitability, and key metrics (guest satisfaction, throughput, labor).

\- Recruit, train, and develop staff; manage performance.

\- Enforce brand standards, SOPs, and food safety compliance.

\- Manage P&L, costs, inventory, and vendor relations.

\- Address guest feedback and recover service moments.

\- Collaborate with regional leaders on promotions and community events.

Required Qualifications:

\- 2+ years in hospitality/restaurant operations; GM or multi-unit leadership a plus.

\- Strong financial acumen and people leadership skills.

\- Flexible schedule including nights/weekends/holidays.

Preferred Qualifications:

\- Experience in a GM development program or fast-track leadership.

\- Proficiency with POS, inventory, and analytics.

\- Local Orange County market knowledge.
