    About the Role:

    Join New York Life Insurance - Hudson Valley as a Fast Track Insurance Partner, where you will have the opportunity to build a rewarding career in the insurance industry. We are seeking motivated, leadership-oriented individuals to become a Partner in our General Office and provide exceptional service and solutions to our clients while enjoying a supportive and dynamic work environment.

    In the Fast Track Management Program, you’ll start as a Financial Professional to gain hands-on experience. Once you have met the program requirements, you’ll be able to transition into management as an Associate Partner. In this role, you’ll be responsible for recruiting and developing your own team of financial professionals. You’ll also be enrolled in the Associate Partner Training Program, which is an intensive, six-month program that will prime you for success as a manager.

    Responsibilities:

    Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs.

    Provide expert guidance on life insurance products and financial solutions.

    Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients and opportunities.

    Utilize effective sales techniques to meet and exceed performance goals.

    Participate in ongoing training and professional development programs.

    Collaborate with team members to enhance client service and operational efficiency.

    Manage client accounts and ensure timely follow-ups and communications.

    Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes affecting insurance products.

    Requirements:

    Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.

    Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

    Previous sales experience is a plus, preferably in the financial services sector.

    Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed and grow.

    Ability to obtain necessary insurance licenses as required.

    Proficient in using technology and CRM systems for client management.

    Positive attitude with a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.

    Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

    Qualifications:

    Experience in the financial services industry and/or insurance industry is required

    Sales experience necessary

    Working knowledge of cultural markets is helpful

    Goal-oriented, highly motivated, and seeking a rewarding and challenging career

    Multilingual professionals with Spanish, Portuguese, or other language proficiency is a bonus

    Fluency in Spanish, Vietnamese, and/or Chinese is preferred but not required
