• Starting Role : You begin as a Financial Professional , gaining practical, hands-on experience in client relationships, product knowledge, and business development. • Transition to Management: After meeting certain performance benchmarks—typically within 6 to 12 months, and sometimes up to 18 months—you become eligible for promotion to Associate Partner, marking your entry into management. Base + commissions during the Financial Professional phase. Bonus and override earnings in management. • Typical management income can reach $150,000 – $250,000+ annually, depending on performance and location. Responsibilities: • Learn New York Life’s proven systems for client service, prospecting, and practice building • Receive one-on-one mentorship from experienced Partners (like me) • Recruit, train, and lead your own team of advisors as you move into management • NYLIC University – World-class blended learning system (classroom + online + field mentorship). • Field Mentorship – Work directly with Managing Partners and Development Managers. • Leadership Curriculum – Recruiting, coaching, and business development modules. • Professional Designations Support – CFP®, CLU®, ChFC®, LUTCF® programs with tuition reimbursement.
