From there, you can ascend through management tiers: Partner → Senior Partner → Executive Partner → Managing Partner. Responsibilities: • Start as a Financial Professional to build a solid foundation in the industry • Learn New York Life’s proven systems for client service, prospecting, and practice building • Receive one-on-one mentorship from experienced Partners (like myself) • Recruit, train, and lead your own team of advisors as you move into management • Play a vital role in helping families, individuals, and business owners secure their futures Qualifications: Eligible Candidates : • Completed an MBA within the last 24 months , or • Have prior management or business-owner experience Preferred (but not required) : • Life & Health Insurance License • FINRA securities registrations (e.g., Series 6 or 7, Series 63) Compensation: $95,000 - $150,000 yearly
