At New York Life, we’re looking for accomplished professionals who are ready to accelerate into management. If you have a track record of success—whether in sales, management, or through an advanced degree like an MBA—we’ll invest heavily in you from day one. We start by building you into an outstanding financial professional first, because the best leaders truly understand the business from the ground up. You’ll receive world-class training in marketing, business development, and client relationship management, along with the most advanced tools in the industry. Once you’ve mastered the role and met clear performance standards, we’ll guide you into management through our Accelerated Path to Management Program. What We’re Looking For We seek motivated, high-achieving individuals who are passionate about improving the financial lives of individuals, families, and small businesses. If you can say “yes” to any of the following, this program was built for you: • Do you bring sales or managerial experience from another industry? • Have you ever owned or run your own career or venture? • Do you hold an MBA or a comparable advanced degree? If so, the Accelerated Path to Management Program could be your perfect next step. What We Offer Phase 1: Firsthand experience As A Financial Professional Your first year is spent in the field—working directly with clients, selling our products, and growing your own practice. This isn’t just training; it’s hands-on experience that gives you deep insight into what drives success at New York Life. You’ll learn exactly what it takes to excel so you can later coach others to do the same. Phase 2: Your Transition to Associate Partner After you successfully meet specific performance requirements during your first 12 months, you’ll transition into a focused six-month Associate Partner training program. This intensive phase is designed to equip you with the skills to recruit, develop, and lead a team of financial professionals. From there, your career path remains wide open—many continue advancing into senior leadership roles across the company. How We Will Compensate You As a Financial Professional (Year 1): Your compensation is 100% commission-based, giving you upside earning potential from the start.
