Qualifications: Goal-oriented, highly motivated, and seeking a rewarding and challenging career. Experience working in sales and sales management is preferred. Recruiting experience is not required, but a plus. Spanish, Korean, or other language fluency is beneficial. Working knowledge of different cultural markets is helpful. Required knowledge and experience working in the insurance or financial services field (3+ years preferred). Life and Health license, SIE, Series 6/63;7/65 or 66;24 are preferred but not immediately required. Salesforce experience preferred but not required. MBA preferred, but previous leadership experience can replace the MBA requirement. Compensation: $100,000 + at plan
