Responsibilities: • Lead and inspire a team of financial professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation. • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and enhance customer satisfaction. • Mentor and coach team members, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their career goals. • Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new opportunities for business expansion. • Oversee the development and execution of marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and client engagement. • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies, maintaining the highest standards of integrity. • Facilitate regular team meetings to discuss progress, share insights, and align on goals and objectives. Qualifications: We’re looking for people who want to make a lasting impact on the financial well-being of individuals, families, and small businesses.In the Accelerated Path to Management Program, you’ll start off as a financial professional, learning how to sell our products, building client relationships, and meeting specific requirements before transitioning into a management role. You’ll then undergo a six-month intensive training program designed to prime you for success as a manager. You will use that experience to understand how to recruit and coach others to success. Compensation: $108,500 - $240,000 at plan yearly
