    We’re looking for leadership-oriented individuals to join our Fast Track To Management Program. In this program, you’ll have the opportunity to accelerate your path to management and advance to an associate partner within 12 months. In the Fast Track Program, you’ll start as a financial professional to gain hands-on experience with providing financial guidance and solutions to help clients achieve their financial goals. Once you have met the program requirements, you’ll be able to transition into management as an Associate Partner. In this role, you’ll be responsible for recruiting and developing your own team of financial professionals. You’ll also be enrolled in the Associate Partner Training Program, an intensive, six-month program that will develop you and prime you for success as a manager. Our team is fully invested in you. We provide complete training, education, and support—everything you need to build your own practice & eventually your own team of licensed financial professionals. Responsibilities: • Present potential solutions using a comprehensive array of our financial products and services, including life insurance, fixed and variable annuities, and mutual funds • Gain hands-on experience as a financial professional helping clients develop a long-term strategy to achieve their financial goals • Recruit and develop your own team of financial professionals as an Associate Partner • Become an associate partner on the management team after successfully completing all program requirements • Participate in the Associate Partner Training Program, an intensive, six-month program that will develop you and prime you for success as a manager • Recruit, interview, and hire qualified financial professionals • Coach, train, and develop your current team of advisors Qualifications: • Knowledge of cultural markets a plus • Highly motivated and goal-oriented professional looking for a challenging yet rewarding occupation • Experience in the financial services industry and/or insurance industry is required • Bilingual in Spanish, Portuguese, or another language is a plus • Experience working in sales is required Must have one of the following: • Executive or management experience • Previously owned a business • MBA or equivalent master's degree Compensation: $140,000 - $160,000 yearly
