    New York Life’s Fast Track to Management program is a unique opportunity designed for high-performing professionals with leadership aspirations. This role begins with building a successful personal financial practice focused on insurance, investments, and retirement planning — all while preparing for a transition into a management position within 12 to 24 months. As a candidate in this accelerated track, you'll receive world-class training, mentorship, and the tools needed to succeed both as a Financial Services Professional and as a future leader. Upon meeting performance benchmarks, you’ll take on responsibilities including recruiting, training, and developing a team, while driving strategic growth and delivering value to clients and the organization. Responsibilities: • Build and grow a personal financial practice by helping individuals, families, and businesses with insurance and financial strategies • Achieve defined performance benchmarks to qualify for promotion into management within 12–24 months • Recruit, onboard, and mentor new financial professionals as you transition into a leadership role • Model ethical, productive, and client-focused business practices for your team • Lead by example through personal production, business planning, and consistent client engagement • Conduct joint work and coaching sessions to support team development and skill-building • Collaborate with senior leadership to drive performance, implement strategy, and foster a positive team culture • Monitor key performance metrics and provide accountability and support to team members • Participate in ongoing training in leadership, sales, recruiting, and compliance • Uphold New York Life’s standards of excellence, professionalism, and integrity Qualifications: • Proven leadership experience or strong leadership potential • Enterprising mindset with a desire to build and lead a team • Strong communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills • Demonstrated track record of success in sales, business development, or client-facing roles • Highly self-motivated, goal-oriented, and organized • Ability to recruit, mentor, and develop talent • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or business background is a plus • Willing and able to complete licensing requirements in a timely manner (Life & Health, Series 6/63 or Series 7/66) • Must be able to pass a background checkAuthorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship • Committed to completing a defined leadership development plan within 12–24 months Compensation: $80,000 - $120,000 yearly
