Responsibilities: • Begin as a Financial Services Professional , gaining firsthand experience in client acquisition, relationship management, and business development. • Demonstrate consistent performance in sales and client service to qualify for management consideration. • Recruit, train, and develop new agents, fostering a culture of growth and success. • Lead by example through accountability, professionalism, and adherence to company standards. • Collaborate with senior leadership to execute office initiatives and meet production goals. • Continue personal professional development through advanced management training programs.
