Responsibilities: • Develop and execute a personalized strategy to expand customer acquisition and broaden the market for financial products and services within the Fast-Track to Partner Program in NJ. • Provide customized financial guidance to program members in NJ by leveraging various financial solutions like life insurance, disability insurance, long-term care, annuities, and mutual funds. • Achieve specific objectives within a twelve-month period to qualify for the Associate Partner Training Program in NJ. • Actively engage in the recruitment, training, mentoring, and support of a team of financial advisors as an Associate Partner based in NJ. • Fulfill Partner responsibilities by training, empowering, and nurturing a team of sales professionals to maximize the advantages of being associated with a Fortune 100 company, competitive benefits, growth prospects, and eligibility for a fully funded pension plan in NJ. Qualifications: • Previous experience in management, sales, or recruiting roles is required for candidates interested in the Fast-Track to Partner-Career Transition program in NJ. • Holding an active State License in Life and Health Insurance is highly preferred for applicants pursuing the Fast-Track to Partner-Career Transition program in NJ. • Essential qualifications for candidates applying to the Fast-Track to Partner-Career Transition program in NJ include having an SIE, a college degree, an MBA, and certifications like Series 6/7/63/65 or 66. • Ideal candidates for the Fast-Track to Partner-Career Transition program in NJ should demonstrate leadership skills, motivation, a goal-oriented attitude, effective communication abilities, integrity, and a collaborative team approach.
