HERE’S THE LOWDOWN… Our customer calls come to us from all along the West Coast. These customers don't need to be convinced that they need our service, they are already motivated to buy. Your job is to explain technical information clearly, sell the benefits of high-quality service done by professionals, and close the deal with a date and time for service. 80% of the customers are inbound calls, CALL CENTER experience is a plus! WORK SCHEDULE: This is a full-time, 40 hours per week position working 1 weekend day (either Saturday or Sunday) and 4 weekdays with 2 days off in a row. The Call Center is open 7am to 5pm Monday thru Friday, and 8am to 5pm on Saturday and Sunday. MUST BE AVAILABLE FOR ON-SITE TRAINING UP TO THE FIRST 4 WEEKS BEFORE GOING REMOTE.

SALARY: We have NO CAP on what you can earn! Typical first-year earnings are between $50 TO $65K, second year and beyond has the potential for a $100,000 + annual income. RAMP-UP TRAINING WAGE = $20 - $22/hr DOE; COMMISSIONS earned after Training

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Previous Call Center, Service Industry, or Retail Sales experience is a plus!
• Excellent attendance (mandatory)
• High character and integrity
• Enjoy helping others
• Ability to multi-task and work in a high-stress/fast-paced environment.
• Computer savvy skills and familiarity with MS Office [Outlook and Excel]
• Flexibility with work schedule [Schedule includes 1 weekend day a week]
• The ability to type quickly to capture phone conversations and accurate data
• A team-oriented work ethic - this is a close-knit team
