Fastapp is a leading Appraisal Management company (AMC) dedicated to providing our customers with excellent service. We work with lenders and appraisers to facilitate the ordering, tracking and quality control of appraisal reports.

Fastapp Appraisal Management is looking for a highly motivated customer service rep for our fast growing team. As a customer service rep at Fastapp you are the first point of contact to our clients. You will be communicating with clients about their order status and ensuring that their concerns get resolved in a timely manner.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Effectively communicate an appraisal order status with clients
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and our system to effectively answer questions about the appraisal process and provide solutions to any issues that may arise.
• Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints
• Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary
• Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support
• Diligent follow up on escalated files

SKILLS / QUALIFICATIONS

• Appraisal Management or relevant experience is beneficial
• High degree of personal integrity and work ethic
• Excellent phone etiquette, interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong ability to think critically and problem solve complex scenarios
• Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times
• Strong sense of urgency and initiative to get things done.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Familiar with an office environment and proficient with computers
