We are looking for for Sit down & Reach Forklift Drivers to help organize our storage areas and maintain our inventory. Your job will be to prepare and fulfill orders fast and correctly so we can provide high-quality customer service. Forklift Drivers are integral warehouse workers. The main material handler duties revolve around placing incoming orders on shelves and picking merchandise according to specific customer requirements. As a Material Handler, you’ll monitor inventory and communicate any shortages. You should have great attention to detail to maintain accurate records. Physical strength is required since you may often need to lift packages by hand. If you’re reliable and fast on your feet, we’d like to meet you. Responsibilities Load and unload materials within the warehouse and storage facility. Organize stock in the most efficient way using forklifts, Pull material to fulfill orders properly Wrap orders and place them on trucks for delivery Monitor inventory levels and suggest new orders when needed RF Scanner Experience Needed Document orders, materials and any stock movements Skills Proven experience as a Material Handler Logistics environment preferred RF devices is Required Experience in using warehouse equipment (e.g. forklifts,) Reach & Sit Down Strong communication skills Dexterity and attention to detail Organizational skills ( Manage time effectively) Demonstrates strong leadership skills and aware of health & safety protocols License to operate sit down forklifts ( 1-2 years experience) Availability to occasionally work overtime Physical Demands Ability to meet the physical demands of the job Able to stand for long periods of time Able to lift 50 lbs Pay: $16.00 Sit down - $17.00 Reach Shift: 4:00 AM-4:30 PM Monday - Saturday ( Must be flexible start time could be 6 am) Job Type: Full-time
