POSITION : Front Desk Receptionist

SHIFT : 8:00 am to 5:30 pm

LOCATION : City of Vernon

PAY RATE : $15

DESCRIPTION:

We are currently searching for a front desk receptionist or administrative assistant with at least 2+ years experience as a Office Receptionist environment. Must be Bilingual in Spanish and English, have knowledge of answering and transferring calls. Must posses skills in providing customer services that are professional, prompt, courteous, and customer friendly. Ability to effectively communicate with the customers, both orally and using written materials.

JOB FUNCTIONS:

• Be at work on a regular, timely and consistent

• Answers incoming telephone calls , determines purpose of calls, and forward calls to appropriate personnel or department. (FAMILIAR WITH MULTI LINE PHONE SYSTEM)

• Ability to create organized filing

• Takes and delivers messages or transfers calls to voice mail when appropriate personnel are unavailable.

• Answers questions about the company and provides callers with address, directions, and other information.

• Welcomes on-site visitors, determines nature of business, and announces visitors to appropriate personnel.

• Receives, sorts, and routes mail.

• Performs other clerical duties as assigned or needed.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be able to clear background check, E-verify and drug screening
• Basic Computer Skills
• BILINGUAL IN SPANISH
• 2+ years experience as receptionist or administrative assistant
• Good attendance
• must have a friendly demeanor when greeting visitors or answering calls
