Job Description

OVERVIEW: Working as Full-Time Customer Solutions & Inventory Specialist, you will be responsible for growing and optimizing various Vendor managed supply chain platforms (VMI / Solutions). You will assist with planning and developing efficiencies for these supply chain solutions. RESPONSIBILITIES: The duties and responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to: o Growing and optimizing Vendor Managed Inventory Platforms (VMI) and Technology Based FMI Platforms (Solutions) o Assisting with mobility adoption at VMI and Solution customers o Recommending restocking program logic to customers o Optimizing inventory and asset performance o Presenting product category additions or removals o Converting product to company supported brands o Communicating with customers about various software and reporting options o Performing platform audits and monthly review meetings o Assisting with planning optimal delivery schedules and routes for platforms
