    We're in search of a qualified and resourceful HR generalist to support our company in ensuring smooth and efficient business operations. The HR generalist will have both administrative and strategic responsibilities, helping us to plan and administer important functions, such as staffing, training and development, and compensation and benefits. At Fastrac Energy Services, we understand that our business thrives when our personnel thrive, and that starts by hiring the right HR professionals.

    The Human Resource Generalist will run the daily functions of the Human Resource (HR) department including hiring and interviewing staff, administering pay, benefits, and leave, and enforcing company policies and practices.

    JOB RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

    • Generating official internal documents such as offer letters, appointment letters, salary slips and warning letters

    • Creating onboarding plans and educating newly hired employees on HR policies, internal procedures and regulations

    • Maintaining physical and digital files for employees and their documents, benefits and attendance records

    • Assist in developing and executing personnel procedures and policies, providing guidance and interpretation for business operations

    • Assist in administering benefits, compensation, and employee performance programs

    • Ensure legal compliance of HR state and federal regulations and applicable employment laws, and update policies and/or procedures as required

    • Provide an effective and dedicated HR advisory service to employees in relation to absence and health issues, conduct and capability, grievance matters, organizational change, and all other employee-relations matters

    • Assist in the communication, interpretation, and upkeep of employee handbook, employee directory, and organizational chart, and contributes to the development of policies

    • Demonstrate ethical business practices and integrity in all interactions.

    • Perform basic office tasks as needed.

    • Knowledge of administrative tasks and responsibilities

    • Advanced computer skills, including data entry, data processing, communication tools and payroll and human resources software
