    About the Role

    We are seeking an experienced AI / Generative AI Engineer to help build a production-grade AI platform powered by Amazon Bedrock. This platform will enable non-technical users to query large geospatial datasets using natural language, eliminating the need for SQL or GIS expertise.

    This is a hands-on engineering role focused on designing, deploying, and optimizing enterprise-scale generative AI solutions in AWS.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Design and develop AI applications using Amazon Bedrock
    • Build and configure Bedrock Agents and Action Groups
    • Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures
    • Develop natural-language-to-API workflows
    • Configure Bedrock Knowledge Bases and vector search solutions
    • Implement AI safety controls, content filtering, and PII protection
    • Build and maintain serverless AWS solutions
    • Deploy infrastructure using Infrastructure-as-Code practices
    • Monitor AI system performance, usage, and operational metrics

    Required Experience

    Generative AI & Amazon Bedrock

    • Amazon Bedrock Agents and Action Groups
    • Prompt engineering and orchestration
    • Natural-language-to-API integrations
    • Production deployment of generative AI solutions

    Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)

    • Bedrock Knowledge Bases
    • OpenSearch Serverless vector stores
    • Embeddings, chunking strategies, and retrieval optimization
    • End-to-end RAG implementation

    AI Safety & Governance

    • Bedrock Guardrails
    • PII detection and redaction
    • Topic enforcement and content moderation
    • Responsible AI implementation

    AWS Serverless Technologies

    • AWS Lambda (Python)
    • Amazon API Gateway
    • API authentication (IAM, API Keys)
    • Amazon S3

    Deployment & Operations

    • AWS CloudFormation
    • CI/CD pipelines for AI workloads
    • CloudWatch monitoring and dashboards
    • AI performance metrics, including latency, token consumption, error rates, and guardrail activity

    Ideal Candidate

    We are specifically looking for engineers who have successfully delivered production generative AI solutions on AWS using:

    • Amazon Bedrock Agents
    • RAG architectures
    • Bedrock Guardrails

    Candidates with primarily AWS infrastructure, DevOps, or cloud engineering backgrounds without hands-on production GenAI delivery experience will not be the right fit for this opportunity.
