About the Role: Fat Bagels is a locally owned breakfast/lunch concept specializing in New York-style kettle-boiled bagels, coffee, and drive-thru service. We’re looking for a dependable, hands-on Shift Manager to help lead daily operations and support the team during fast-paced shifts.

This is a working management role—you’ll lead by example while helping keep service running smoothly.

What You’ll Do:

Lead and support the team during daily operations

Ensure strong guest service in the dining room and drive-thru

Help manage shift flow, breaks, and positioning

Monitor food quality, cleanliness, and prep levels

Handle guest concerns professionally and calmly

Assist with opening/closing duties, deposits, and end-of-day procedures

Support training and development of crew members
