    POSITION SUMMARY:

    This position assumes responsibility for providing high-level administrative support to the CEO and other executive team members.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Provides high-level administrative support and assistance to the CEO and other executive team members
    • Prepares and edits presentations, board and committee books as applicable
    • Arranges travel for executives and prepares/submits expense reports on their behalf
    • Schedules, plans and coordinates various meetings on behalf of executives, including board meetings, leadership calls, off-site events
    • Manages multiple calendars and schedules
    • Receives incoming communication or memos on behalf of the executives, reviews contents, determines importance, and summarizes and/or distributes contents to appropriate staff
    • Uses utmost discretion when working with highly confidential information 
    • May perform basic paralegal duties

    QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
    • Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
    • Extensive knowledge of office administration, clerical procedures, and recordkeeping systems.
    • Able to type minimum of 50 words per minute.
    • High level judgment and decision-making capabilities 
    • Flexible and adaptable
    • Comfortable working with a high degree of autonomy and responsibility.
    • Extremely proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software with the ability to learn new or updated software.
    • Knowledge of virtual conferencing platforms, such as Microsoft Teams, Zoom
    • Proficient in the use of board meeting software packages (Diligent or similar).
