We are seeking a dedicated and organized Office Manager to join our dynamic healthcare team. As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our clinic, with a primary focus on patient satisfaction and financial management. You will play a crucial role in overseeing various administrative tasks while maintaining a supportive and efficient environment for both staff and patients. Responsibilities: • Conduct initial intake assessments with clients to determine needs and goals. • Develop personalized care plans in collaboration with patients to achieve optimal health outcomes. • Coordinate with healthcare providers and community resources to ensure comprehensive care for clients. • Monitor and track client progress towards established goals and adjust care plans as needed. • Provide ongoing support and guidance to patients to empower them in managing their health effectively. Qualifications: • Some experience in sales is a plus! • Proficiency in data entry • Excellent communication skills • Ability to work closely with the office team • Flexibility to adapt to a dynamic work environment • Previous experience in office management, preferably in a busy setting where you are used to standing on your feet • Strong organizational, influential, outgoing skills that allow you to stay busy and multitask • Excellent interpersonal abilities • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Compensation: $17 - $21 hourly
