FAULKNER, HOFFMAN & PHILLIPS LLC is looking to hire a full-time legal assistant/paralegal to support our Cleveland office (off Grayton Road). Do you want to work where you are valued as an employee? If so, read on!

WORK SCHEDULE

Work hours are 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. with an hour lunch.  Staying past 5:00 p.m. is sometimes necessary.

• 3 years of legal and/or paralegal experience
• Superior typing and computer skills, time management and organizational skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office including Excel
• Excellent grammar, spelling and proofreading skills
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Answer and direct occasional phone calls
• Maintain multiple calendars
• Manage files
• Pay attention to detail and deadlines
• Familiar with e-filing
• Provide back up for the firm administrator
• Experience with attorney billing software a real plus
