    Come join us on our journey to serve our customers and be the leader in our industry!  We are currently looking for a VICE PRESIDENT, REVERSE MORTGAGE ORIGINATIONS to join our team.

    The VICE PRESIDENT, REVERSE MORTGAGE ORIGINATIONS will provide expertise and leadership in the implementation and execution of all processes associated with the marketing, origination, processing and submission of reverse mortgage applications to our wholesale lending partners.  The VP will be responsible for all aspects of the management of staff, vendors, processes and budget for the division.  The VP will prepare executive reporting and presentations.  The VP will work with all appropriate departments throughout Fay to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, process and product quality, and an excellent customer experience is achieved.  

    THIS JOB IS REMOTE AND CAN BE BASED ANYWHERE IN THE US.  

    WHAT YOU WILL DO FOR REVERSE MORTGAGE:

    • Hiring, management, training and performance management of all operational and sales staff
    • Define the appropriate product portfolio and secure relationships to provide product access
    • Initiate and mange to all investor/ lender contracts
    • Work with Marketing and Management to define and execute against a detailed marketing plan
    • Work with all applicable partners to establish the appropriate referral processes and tracking tool
    • Manage the collection and distribution of all referral leads
    • Assist in the establishment of productivity goals and SLAs
    • Assist in the establishment of production goals
    • Daily oversight of all operational processes
    • Position will be a producing management position. Regular production of reverse mortgage business
    • Management of weekly projections and sales pipeline reporting
    • Capacity and productivity planning and execution
    • Special projects as assigned
    • Work with Compliance and Business Controls to establish and monitor all appropriate process controls
    • Development and maintenance of department policies, procedures, and job aids

    WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO REVERSE MORTGAGE:

    • High school diploma/GED required; Bachelor’s preferred
    • 8-10+ years of  management  experience
    • 8+ years working in a sales or operational capacity in the reverse mortgage market
    • Proven ability to build and manage a sales force
    • Prove ability to define, implement, manage and control operational process
    • Strong knowledge of the regulatory requirements associated with reverse mortgages
    • Proven ability to market a financial product
    • Ability to successfully manage customer escalations
    • Minimum of 5 + years of experience in the reverse mortgage space with increasing responsibility
    • Experience in an executive leadership role
    • Experience implementing new products and services
    • Expertise in reverse mortgage products, regulations and requirements
    • Demonstrated understanding of process implementation, execution and controls
    • Licensed Loan Officer
    • Minimum of five years executing all aspects of staff management
    • Experience with budget and P&L responsibility
    • Reporting and analytical skills needed to manage pipeline flow to internal service level agreements
    • Ability to manage special assignments in conjunction with daily management responsibilities
