About the Role
The Retail Inventory Manager role is essential to the smooth daily operation of FEBE Clothing. The ideal candidate will maintain the store's inventory and stock areas, maintain organized records, follow inventory control procedures, and be flexible to support the sales floor as needed.

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm (occasional Saturdays and holidays required)
Responsibilities
Ensure that all shipping and receiving functions that affect the store inventory are processed accurately and efficiently
Ensure the accurate processing of all returns-to-vendors, transfers and damages based on Company policies and procedures
Learning about the products/brands to accurately categorize and depict the merchandise
Support the compliance of receiving practices with established Company policies and standards, such as safekeeping of Company funds and property, personnel practices, security, and record-keeping procedures
Assist in floor moves, merchandising, display maintenance, price changes, and housekeeping
Assist in packing or wrapping customers’ merchandise, when necessary
Maintain an orderly and neat stock and receiving area
Requirements
Strong interpersonal, communication, organization and follow-through skills
Strong attention to detail and time management
Computer-savvy (Excel experience is a must!)
Physical ability to stand for extended periods, and to move and handle boxes of merchandise and fixtures throughout the store
Skilled in pulling/building reporting in Excel to analyze the state of the business, inventory levels, and to identify opportunities
Previous retail stock/shipping/receiving experience or retail sales experience preferred
Bachelor's degree preferred
