    Feast & Fettle is seeking a COMMUNITY OUTREACH COORDINATOR to join the Brand team. 

    WHAT IS FEAST & FETTLE?

    Feast & Fettle is a PREMIUM, FULLY-PREPARED MEAL DELIVERY SERVICE. Each week at our East Providence production facility, we are preparing, cooking, packaging, and hand-delivering high-quality meals from our fresh weekly menu to our growing member base across Rhode Island, Massachusetts, and Connecticut. 

    We exist in a unique culinary setting, distinct from a restaurant, catering, or quick service environment. We boast a best-in-class production facility, producing high quality food with fresh ingredients in an immaculately clean kitchen.     WHAT WILL THE COMMUNITY OUTREACH COORDINATOR DO?

    This team member will assist our Field Marketing Manager in enhancing our community presence in CT + NY areas. The ideal candidate has an entrepreneurial spirit and is strong on execution.

    This work includes:

    • Research, seek out, onboard and manage ongoing relationships with corporate partners (ie, employers, real estate, businesses)

    • Research, seek out, onboard and manage brand-aligned influencers, blog writers, and community groups

    • Seek out and assist in the planning of events that will aid in user acquisition

    • Follow and enhance systems to measure and validate partnership success

    • Conduct market research down to the zip code to create targeted messaging and inform marketing strategies

    • Collaborate with internal teams to execute events

    • Success will be measured on new member acquisition and corresponding saturation levels in key markets

    WHAT DOES A STRONG APPLICANT FOR THIS POSITION HAVE?

    • 1-3 years experience in consumer marketing

    • You’ve got to have hustle & grit

    • Execution oriented: you know how to get stuff done

    • Self directed: Someone gives you the outline to a project and you run with it

    • Growth Mindset: You are constantly eager to grow and learn more

    • Organizational skills: you can keep track of 10+ complex projects concurrently

    • Analytical by nature, you use data to drive your decisions

    • Excellent internal and external partner management
